Angry Dad is the title character of a comic strip and internet cartoon created by Bart Simpson inside The Simpsons. He first appeared in the episode 'I Am Furious (Yellow)' in 2002. He is a short-tempered father whose rage is far out of proportion to his daily mishaps, and he is modeled on Homer Simpson.

He is best known for the web cartoon that became a hit on BetterThanTV.com, and for the short film 'Angry Dad: The Movie' from 2011, which Bart made and which aired in the episode of the same name. The idea began with Bart's comic strip about Homer losing his temper at a lawn chair, and other ideas grew out of Homer's everyday behavior. He is furious at small injustices, from carpet stores that charge extra for under-padding to a headline he dismisses as opinion, not news.
