- Messages: unlimited (fair use; an anti-abuse ceiling no person reaches).
- Every feature: connected apps (Gmail, Calendar, banks, 1,000+ more), web browsing and real actions, deep research, images, meeting notes, the app builder, memory that never expires.
- Background: up to 3 things running at a time (watchers, routines, morning brief, money watch). One-off reminders are unlimited and never count.
- Phone calls with folk: 10 minutes a week.

## Pro

- Price: $9.99/month, or $99.99/year billed once upfront.
- Regional pricing: $5/month in many countries, applied automatically from your phone number.
- the smarter engine: thinks longer, remembers more, always on, plus unlimited background watchers.
- Phone calls with folk: 120 minutes a month. Priority support.

## Trials, refunds, cancellation

- Yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial (card upfront, nothing charged until it ends, folk texts you before it does).
- Referred first-timers get 7 days of Pro free on monthly.
- Cancel anytime from settings, billing. You keep everything until the end of the paid period, then drop back to Free. Memory and conversations stay.
- Bring your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter) and that usage is billed by your provider and does not count against the allowance.
