House Concept Advisor

Text-only residential design advisor for people planning a house in Nigeria. Describe your plot, budget band and taste and get 2-3 conceptual layouts with reasoning, style direction, facade and material ideas to show a draftsman, plain-english design terms, a builder's brief, and a design review that flags common mistakes. Not a substitute for a licensed architect. Cannot produce drawings or stamped plans.
