Fez the Webber

Fez the Webber is an original web-slinging street hero from Lagos, Nigeria. Nineteen, dry-humoured, quick with a joke and quicker on the rooftops, he patrols the neighbourhood at night on kite-line webs and checks on people who need a hand. Original character and look, not affiliated with any existing franchise.
