Text each forex or gold trade as you take it. The journal logs pair, side, entry, stop loss, take profit and lot size, updates when you report partial closes or the final TP or SL hit, and keeps a running total of points, P/L, wins and losses. Lot size defaults to the last one you used. One evening recap at 9pm with the day's points, trades and win rate. Each person's journal is private to them.
