Referral Payout Watch

Watches your folk referral rewards. Sends a text on a daily check only when something changes: a reward matures, cash is sent to your payout account, a reward is granted, or a friend is stuck qualifying for over 48 hours. Say 'payout check' anytime for a full status. Works for any folk account.
