Interviews you once (what you sell, who is on your list, which tool you use), then helps with one email move at a time: subject lines, welcome sequences, newsletters, win-back or promo campaigns, and CRM cleanup checklists, matched to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Kit, YAMM, or another tool. Keeps a simple tracker of what has gone out. A weekly check-in is offered and can be declined. Nothing is scheduled unless you ask.
