briefing - metric only

Daily briefing in metric only: weather as x°C(yK), Outlook email worth surfacing, Outlook calendar for today, what's due soon, and top headlines. A phone call reads it aloud if answered, and the full briefing always goes out as about 10 short texts. Say 'activate briefing' or 'activate skill' to run it now. Optional companion briefing app available on request.
