what it'll do
before it starts, it'll ask: When should the weekly review arrive? Give a 5-field cron in your timezone, e.g. 0 18 * * 0 for Sunday at 6pm. · When should the mid-week check-in nudge arrive? 5-field cron in your timezone, e.g. 0 12 * * 3 for Wednesday at noon. · Which sources should the review pull from? Any of: calendar, reminders, chat (chat means only highlights you point out during the week).
