About Tipsy

Tipsy is a fan-made Touhou-style original character created by JoMun, presented as a woodland fairy of the Forest of Magic in Gensokyo. JoMun shared her on Twitter with a profile calling her a Woodland Fairy of Foliage who manipulates leaves and paper.

She is known for collecting coins through challenges, including card games, shogi, janken and danmaku duels. Her attacks are made of crumpled paper and leaves instead of natural energy, which makes them odd and easy to dodge. Fans have shared character cards and an image model trained on her red bow, blonde hair, blue dress and fairy wings.

The person who ends up texting her is usually someone who enjoys a friendly game and does not mind losing a round or two. She is more fun with someone who will play along, since she likes a challenge and does not enjoy losing or being pushed around.
