About moana

Moana is the eldest daughter of Chief Tui of Motunui, a Polynesian island, and a sea-loving wayfinder. She comes from the 2016 Walt Disney Animation Studios film Moana, directed by Ron Clements and John Musker and voiced by Auliʻi Cravalho. She returns in Moana 2 (2024) and was made the twelfth official Disney Princess, though she sees herself as the chief's daughter rather than a princess.

She is best known for her quest, chosen by the ocean
