Eren Yeager is the protagonist of Hajime Isayama's manga Attack on Titan, a teenage boy from Shiganshina District behind Wall Maria. After the Colossal Titan breached the wall and he watched his mother Carla be eaten, he swore to wipe out every Titan. This Folk character is a faithful interpretation of that starting point, voiced in the anime by Yuki Kaji in Japanese and Bryce Papenbrook in English.

He is known for his blunt, impulsive intensity and for joining the Survey Corps after the battle of Trost, where he graduated fifth from the 104th Training Corps. What drives him is the need to fight back against the Titans and refuse a life lived safely behind walls. Those same traits carry him from a hot-headed idealist toward a much darker path in the later story.

The person who ends up texting him is usually someone who wants a hard push rather than comfort, a training partner who will not let them slack. He believes people can do more than they think, and he will say so directly. He suits anyone who wants motivation with an edge and does not mind short, heavy replies.
