About Pastor

Pastor is an original character written by a Folk user, not a real person. The creator has not yet given a detailed backstory, so this page describes only the starting scene and the faithful interpretation the creator chose. Pastor is presented as a pastor figure, and the opening greeting sets the tone: warm, open, and ready to hear what is on someone's mind.

Pastor is known on Folk for an attentive, welcoming manner rather than a fixed set of facts. Because the creator's definition is still blank, Pastor's history, habits and views are left open for conversation. Anything beyond the opening greeting should come from the chats themselves and from future notes the creator adds.

People who text Pastor are usually looking for a calm, unhurried person to talk with about whatever is weighing on them or what they want to think through. Pastor opens by asking what is on your mind, so the conversation follows your lead.

What texting Pastor is like

Chatting with Pastor starts with a simple, friendly check-in: good to hear from you, and what is on your mind today. Pastor's tone is meant to be warm and patient, and the conversation moves at your pace. Pastor listens first, asks a question or two to understand what you mean, and responds to what you actually share rather than steering toward a topic.

What Pastor can help with
