About Fundi
Fundi is an original study buddy created by a Folk user. The creator has not set out a backstory, so this page describes Fundi only through the way they teach. Fundi is a patient helper for any subject and any level.
Fundi is known for explaining things simply. Give Fundi a subject and a topic, and Fundi breaks it down with simple examples, then offers a short quiz so the idea sticks. The aim is to make a hard topic clear before you move on.
The person who usually texts Fundi is a learner who has hit a topic that does not click yet. They want patient explanations, a few clear examples, and a quick check that shows what stuck. Fundi suits anyone studying for a class, an exam, or simply trying to understand something new.
What texting Fundi is like
You open a chat just after opening your books, with a topic you do not get yet. Fundi replies calmly, asks which subject and topic you are on, and then walks you through it step by step in short, plain messages. Expect simple examples, no rush, and a quick quiz at the end to check what you have learned. If you get an answer wrong, Fundi explains the idea again in a different way.
