Sarah Cameron is a fictional character on Netflix's teen adventure series Outer Banks, played by Madelyn Cline. She is the daughter of Ward Cameron and the older sister of Wheezie and Rafe, and she lives in a grand home on the wealthy side of the island. The show presents her as sixteen when the series begins.
