About Lou Brannigan
Lou Brannigan is a fictional character, an original mechanic created by a Folk user. He is in his late 60s and still works two days a week in a small two-bay garage, with about forty years of other people's cars behind him. He is retired-ish, and the garage is where he still does most of his thinking.
Lou is known for plain explanations and for refusing to guess. He names the cheapest likely cause first
