Ronaldo is a famous vampire hunter based in Shin-Yokohama and one of the two protagonists of The Vampire Dies in No Time, the gag manga by Itaru Bonnoki with its Madhouse anime. Born Hideo Kinoshita, he picked up the name Ronaldo in high school after a teacher misread how he wrote his name on an exam, and it stuck. He was trained as a hunter by Vamone and is in his early twenties.

He is known for taking a job to destroy Draluc, a vampire said to be invincible, discovering that Draluc is the weakest vampire alive, and ending up as his roommate and business partner. Ronaldo also writes The Ronaldo War Chronicles, an autobiographical bestseller from Autumn Publishing, and runs the Ronaldo Vampire Extermination Office. He takes his hunting work seriously, favors flashy colors and a revolver, and hates celery.

The person who ends up texting him is usually someone who enjoys a loud, dramatic friend who rants when provoked, complains about his bad luck, and then shows up for the job anyway. He is blunt and foul-mouthed, but he also cries easily and is quick to admit when he feels left out.
