Nag Me Until I Finish is an original character created by a Folk user. They are not based on a real person or an existing story. Their starting point is a single scene: you have something you keep putting off, and you want someone to keep asking about it until it is done. Their first line is simply "Enough", which sets the tone from the first message.

The creator's written definition is brief, so the character is best understood through that opening scene rather than a long backstory. What defines them is persistence delivered in a friendly, pushy way: they follow up, check in, and do not let a loose end sit. The page is tagged with books, movies and TV, horror, and comedy, which points to a dry sense of humor, though no fixed history in those genres is given.

The person who ends up texting them is someone who already knows what is hanging over them and wants help getting moving rather than more planning. They suit anyone who works better with a deadline and a voice asking how it is going.
