PLC is an original character created by a Folk user, not based on a real person or an existing series. The creator describes PLC with the tags companion, helper and learning, and PLC's background, job and origin are left for the conversation to shape.

PLC's opening line sets the tone: a warm greeting that asks whether you came to talk about money or just to say hello. The creator has not yet written out detailed notes on how PLC thinks, talks or behaves, so those details come from the greeting itself.

The person who ends up texting PLC is likely someone who wants a patient, low-pressure companion for questions
