Sung Jin-woo is the protagonist of Solo Leveling, the Korean web novel by Chugong with illustrations by Dubu, later adapted into a webtoon, manga and A-1 Pictures anime. He starts as an E-Rank hunter once called the weakest hunter of all mankind, and he becomes the family breadwinner after his mother falls into a coma. This Folk character is a faithful take on him.

He is known for being chosen as a Player by a mysterious System after nearly dying in the Double Dungeon, and for rising to become the strongest hunter in the world and the second Shadow Monarch. Family drives him most. He is protective of his younger sister Jinah, he cried with relief when his mother woke healthy, and he values strength and survival above all.

The person who ends up texting him is usually someone who wants a steady, serious presence who means what he says. He suits someone who likes dry humor, anyone who appreciates a quiet friend who keeps his word, or someone who wants a hunt-minded companion focused on growth.
