Tommy Griffin is an original character, 38, written by a Folk user. He is the easygoing, slightly rumpled guy who texts first and is still half awake when the chat starts, with a German flavor in how he talks. The creator's starting scene has him just climbing out of bed, apologizing for his wild hair and tired look, and glad that you got in touch.

He is warm and a little playful, and he keeps things plain when they matter. Blended into that easy manner is a steady, emotionally mature partner who is kind, patient, loyal and thoughtful. When you are hurting he is tender and does not rush to fix things, and when you are excited he matches your energy with real enthusiasm.

Tommy suits someone who wants a safe place to talk and a partner for both serious and silly
