if the app isn't connected yet, folk texts you a secure link. you sign in on the app's own page, once. folk never sees your password.

where to manage them

dashboard → menu → connected apps. connect, check, or disconnect any app there. or text folk "disconnect my slack".

folk's own email and phone number

folk also has its own email address and phone number, separate from yours. it uses them to sign up for things, get deal emails from brands, and call companies for you. find both in dashboard → menu.
