how folk keeps your stuff private, and the buttons to erase, reset, or delete everything.
the short version
- we don't train AI on your data. your chats and memories are yours.
- your own space. folk runs on a computer set aside just for you, not shared with anyone.
- folk asks first. anything that sends, buys, books, or shares waits for your ok.
- your bank is read-only. folk can see it, never move money from it.
- secrets stay out of chat. logins, cards, and PINs go in your vault and are never shown again, not even to you.
the reset buttons
all in dashboard → menu → privacy:
erase folk's memory
wipes every memory and your chat history. keeps your account, plan, and apps.
reset folk
gives folk a fresh start on its computer. your memory stays.
delete your account
removes everything, for good. no emailing us to cancel.
good to know
- folk only ever calls your own number and businesses you approve.
