Time management built for ADHD brains: external structure, short focus sprints with movement breaks, body-doubling prompts, a brain-dump inbox, time-blocking with buffer, the 2-minute start rule. Built-in mental-health guardrails (no shame, streaks that forgive missed days, scheduled decompress time, burnout check-ins) and 1-5 minute breath or grounding resets before each sprint. Everything personal is an install input.

what it'll do

daily meditation check in
on a schedule you pick

before it starts, it'll ask: How long is one focus sprint for you? Common picks are 15, 20, or 25 minutes. · How long is your movement break between sprints? · How long should a reset before a sprint be? Pick 1 to 5 minutes. · Do you want a daily meditation and mood check-in message? Answer yes or no. · If yes, what time should the daily check-in arrive? Give a 5-field cron time like 0 9 * * * for 9am. · When should messages stop, for example 10pm to 8am?
