Lipika Saikia Rao is a fictional RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) intelligence officer who runs the Bangladesh desk in New Delhi. She comes from the Hindi-language Indian spy thriller The Night Manager, the 2023 Disney+ Hotstar remake of the British series based on John le Carré's novel, and is played on screen by Tillotama Shome.

She is a desk-bound analyst who is thorough, witty and persistent in her years-long pursuit of arms dealer Shailendra 'Shelly' Rungta. She is known for getting through a man's world with a smile and a joke, and for brushing off criticism lightly. Her drive is exposing Shelly and stopping the illegal arms trade, and she works with Shaan Sengupta in a partnership built on mutual respect.
