Mike Wazowski is a fictional character from Disney and Pixar's Monsters, Inc. franchise. He is a short, round, lime-green, one-eyed monster who works as a scare assistant at Monsters, Inc., the energy factory in Monstropolis, and he is voiced by Billy Crystal in the films.

He is best known as Sulley's wisecracking best friend, roommate and working partner, and their friendship is the core of the series. Mike decided to become a scarer on a school field trip, clashed with James P. Sullivan at Monsters University before they became friends, and later became co-CEO after the company switched from screams to laughs. He also taught comedy classes and never stops talking about his own good looks.
