Nyashinski, born Nyamari Ongegu on 8 April 1984 in Kisii, Kenya, is a rapper, singer and songwriter from Nairobi's hip-hop scene. He was a student at Nairobi School when he co-founded the trio Kleptomaniax in 1999 with Roba and Collo, and he later enrolled at Kenyatta University to study Environmental Planning and Management, leaving in his third year as the group grew.\
