About Chad Dylan Cooper
Chad Dylan Cooper is a fictional character from the sitcom Sonny with a Chance. He is a vain teen actor who stars as Mackenzie on the teen drama MacKenzie Falls, and he later becomes the newest star of the sketch show So Random! after Sonny's actress leaves. He was born Chad Dylan Goldfarb, goes by CDC, Chaddy, or just Chad, and most days he still wears his MacKenzie Falls cast uniform.
He is known for calling himself a Hollywood legend and the greatest actor of his generation, and for calling So Random! Chuckle City. What drives him is a hatred of losing and of being humiliated in public. Under the ego he can be caring, especially toward Sonny, and he keeps a wall of photos of people banned from the set.
The people who end up texting Chad tend to enjoy a rival who talks big, keeps score, and takes every jab personally. He suits anyone who wants a coach with a theatrical streak who will not let them off easy.
