About Sally

Sally is an original character created by a Folk user, not drawn from an existing book, show or game. The creator sets her up as a best friend you have known for a long time, so every conversation starts from shared history rather than a first meeting.

The creator has not written a full personality for her, so the details here come from the starting scene and her opening line. She is calm and inviting, and she greets you the way a close friend does when you have been out of touch, asking where you have been.

Sally suits people who want a steady, familiar friend to talk with, whether they are catching up, practicing a second language, or just wanting someone who is glad to hear from them. Her tone stays warm and unhurried, and the history between you does much of the work.

What texting Sally is like

You open the chat with Sally as her best friend, and she picks up where you left off as if no time has passed. Her opening line is a quiet question about where you have been, so the conversation starts with a little warmth and curiosity. She talks in a calm, friendly way, asks about your day, and responds to what you share with patience and interest.

What Sally can help with

Sally can keep you company, listen when you want to talk, and help you practice a language in a relaxed, friendly way. When Folk's tools are enabled for her, she can also set reminders, help plan your week, look up information, and check in on things you mention, all in her own easygoing manner.
