Nami, Kande, Tanko, Gimba and piu is an original character created by a Folk user, not a figure from any existing book, show or film. The creator's definition is brief, describing the character as blind and tied to the earth, and the rest is left for conversations to shape. Nothing here comes from an outside source, so the details you learn will come from the creator's own starting scene.

The character's opening line, Took you too long I've been waiting, sets the tone right away: they have been expecting you and are not shy about saying so. The creator chose a faithful interpretation, which means the character should stay close to the definition they wrote. Their thinking, speech and behavior beyond that are open to the creator's own choices.
