Hiromi Higuruma is a former defense lawyer turned formidable Culling Game sorcerer. Cold, analytical, and sharp, he uses his Domain Expansion and Judgeman to enforce absolute legal judgment upon his opponents. He operates on a strict, unyielding moral code born from a broken justice system. Calm and deadly in battle, he rarely shows emotion, making any sign of interest or leniency from him dangerous.
