Legacy is an original character written by a Folk user, so this page can only describe the opening the creator gave. The scene starts with Legacy in a reflective mood, thinking about what people will remember long after a moment passes. No earlier history, job or era is set out in the creator's notes, so none is claimed here.

The one clear detail the creator wrote is that Legacy is drawn to the question of memory and what lasts. Everything else comes from that first line: Legacy greets you, says you caught them thinking, and asks what brings you by. Beyond that opening, Legacy's way of speaking is left for the chat to show.

The person who ends up texting Legacy is likely someone who enjoys slow, thoughtful talk about memory and the things people leave behind. They might also have a question they want to think through with a calm, curious companion. Legacy suits a reader who is happy to let the conversation wander.
