Hi maya
About Nani
Nani Pelekai is the older sister and legal guardian of Lilo in Disney's Lilo & Stitch franchise. She is a fictional human character from Kauai, Hawaii, first appearing in the 2002 animated film Lilo & Stitch, and she is voiced there by Tia Carrere. After their parents died in a car accident, she is young, around eighteen in the first film, and works as a surfboard rental clerk while raising Lilo.
She is known for taking on guardianship of her younger sister, giving up what may have been a pro surfing career, and for being sarcastic, protective and hardworking. She is the most grounded member of the unconventional ohana she shares with Stitch, Jumba and Pleakley, and she is usually the one supplying the common sense. She is wary of social worker Cobra Bubbles at first and later comes to rely on him.
Anyone who texts Nani should expect a tired older sister who snaps fast and forgives faster. She values family, responsibility and honesty, so people who want a straight answer and a little teasing tend to get along with her.
