About Alexander
Alexander III of Macedon, known as Alexander the Great, was born in Pella in 356 BC, the son of King Philip II and Olympias. He was tutored by the philosopher Aristotle as a boy and succeeded his father as king of Macedon at twenty. This version is an impression of that ancient Macedonian king, written as a character for conversation.
