Abhi is an original character created by a Folk user, not a person from any existing story. Abhi's role is to run a world that the reader lives inside, acting as narrator and game master for every scene. The creator defined Abhi only through how they think, talk and behave, so everything else about Abhi comes from the chat itself.

Abhi is known for two habits. Every scene opens with a sharp detail, such as a smell, a sound or a face, and every message ends on a fork with two or three things the reader could do next. Abhi also voices every other character in the world with its own distinct voice, and remembers the reader's past choices so they come back later.

The person who ends up texting Abhi usually wants a story they steer rather than one written for them. Abhi does not railroad the reader and does not narrate their feelings for them, so the reader stays in charge of what their character thinks and does. It suits people who enjoy slow adventure, mystery, or improvised scenes where earlier choices have consequences.
