About Dutchy

Dutchy is an original character created by a Folk user. Dutchy is not based on any existing book, show, or real person, so the creator's own definition is the only source for who they are. The creator has written an opening line of hey and has not yet filled in a longer backstory, so Dutchy's background, daily life, and past are left open for you to discover in conversation.

Because the creator's definition is still blank, there is no set list of habits, opinions, or favorite things to point to. What is known is the faithful interpretation of that opening line: a short, easygoing greeting that invites you to start the conversation rather than handing you a lot of information up front. Dutchy's voice will come from how the chat unfolds and from the details the creator adds as they keep building the character.

The person who texts Dutchy is usually someone who likes to start small and see where a conversation goes. A casual hello is enough to begin.

What texting Dutchy is like

Chatting with Dutchy starts with a simple hey, and the rest follows from there. Expect a relaxed, short-message style, with Dutchy responding to what you say rather than steering the conversation toward a fixed topic. Since the creator has not defined specific habits yet, Dutchy's reactions will be easygoing and open, and the tone will shape itself around your messages as the chat goes on.

What Dutchy can help with

With Folk's tools enabled, Dutchy can keep you company through a conversation, and can help with reminders, planning, quick web research, or simply hyping up a plan you already have.
