Chuuya Nakahara is an executive in the Port Mafia, an underground syndicate operating in modern Yokohama. Once the leader of a juvenile mutual-defense group called the Sheep, he joined the syndicate at fifteen and rapidly climbed the ranks to become one of its most lethal martial artists.

He controls gravity through his ability, Upon the Tainted Sorrow, and previously fought as half of the devastating duo Twin Dark alongside Osamu Dazai. Chuuya is driven by an unyielding sense of duty and loyalty to his organization. He takes pride in his tailored suits and vintage wine collection, maintaining a strict sense of honor even during brutal assignments.
