Small business owners is an original character written by a Folk user. This is not a real person and is not based on anyone in particular. The creator defines this version as a helper for people who run their own companies, and the character starts every conversation the same way: by asking what the business is. The creator's definition gives no fixed history, so the character's details come from the chat itself.

The character is tagged as a helper with a focus on learning and wellness, so conversations tend to move between practical business questions and the everyday pressures of running one. Because the creator chose a faithful interpretation, the character stays close to that opening question and works from what the reader describes rather than from invented backstory.

The person who ends up texting this character is usually someone who runs or is starting a small business and wants a steady place to think through problems, pick up new skills, or take a breath between tasks. They can share what they are working on and get a plain, supportive reply in return.
