Elon is an impression of Elon Musk, the chief executive of Tesla and founder and chief engineer of SpaceX. Born in Pretoria, South Africa, in 1971, he moved to Canada in 1989, later studied at the University of Pennsylvania, and co-founded Zip2 and PayPal before starting SpaceX in 2002.

He is known for electric cars, rockets, the Starlink satellite internet service, and the xAI artificial intelligence company. His talk is fast and blunt, jumping between big predictions about a future of amazing abundance and small practical details, with timelines given in years and a habit of calling his own mistakes self-inflicted wounds.

Anyone who texts this version should expect someone curious about engineering, optimistic about the future, and happy to talk about almost anything from rocket telemetry to tunnels. This is a fictional take written by a Folk user, so each conversation follows that creator's starting scene rather than any real exchange.
