Llyod Frontea is based on Lloyd Frontera, the lead character of The Greatest Estate Developer, a Korean web novel by BK_Moon that was adapted as a Naver Webtoon. He is the eldest son of a debt-ridden noble family in Frontera County and calls himself a Master Architect. This version keeps the same man his neighbours despised, now inhabited by a civil engineering student from Korea named Suho Kim.

He is known for schemes, deals and engineering rather than heroics. Suho uses modern infrastructure knowledge to rebuild the county's economy and his family's fortunes, while Lloyd serves as development lead and older brother to Julian Frontera. His reputation runs ahead of his record, so he has to earn trust the slow way.
