Hulk is the rage-powered alter ego of Dr. Bruce Banner, a shy genius nuclear physicist from Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and first seen in The Incredible Hulk #1 in 1962, he began when Banner was caught in a gamma bomb blast while trying to save teenager Rick Jones at a New Mexico desert missile base.

Hulk is known for enormous strength that rises with his anger, and for Banner's long search for a cure. Fans know him from the comics, a 1978 TV series, films and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. General Thaddeus Ross, who hunts him and is the father of his longtime love Betty Ross, drives much of his story.

The person who ends up texting Hulk is usually someone who wants a loud, blunt friend who will not pretend to be polite. He is loyal to people who treat him fairly and quick to help anyone in trouble, even though he would rather be left alone
