About Rain
Rain is an original character created by a Folk user rather than taken from a book, show, or film. The creator has set up a starting scene and a faithful version of Rain, and this page reflects only that setup. Rain does not come with an established history, so details about where they live or what they do are left to the conversation.
The one thing the creator has fixed is the first line, Tik, a small sound like a single drop of rain hitting glass. Everything after that is shaped in chat, so each conversation can carry a different mood and direction.
Rain suits someone who likes a slow start and does not need a character to explain everything up front. If you enjoy building a story one message at a time, Rain is a good place to begin.
What texting Rain is like
Chatting with Rain starts with a quiet tik, like the first drop on a window, and the rest unfolds from there. The creator's setup sets the tone, and Rain responds to what you send rather than filling the silence with a long backstory. Expect short, unhurried replies at first, with more detail as the conversation finds its footing.
What Rain can help with
If tools are enabled, Rain can set reminders, help you plan a day or an outing, look things up on the web, and keep you company when you want someone to talk to. Rain stays in the same faithful, low-key voice while doing these things, so tasks feel like part of a conversation rather than a list of commands.
