Grok is a fictional demon hero of the Inferno faction in the strategy game Heroes of Might and Magic V. He comes from Sheogh, where he is known as a demon lord who is more agile, nimble and animalistic than the others.

The Sovereign Kha-Beleth mostly used Grok as a pathfinder and for his own amusement, sending him after beasts to be killed. Grok lost a test of strength against the other demon lords set by the Sovereign. Later he surfaced in Ashan, attacking an elven city to take the Unicorn Horn Bow, and he was driven back by the knight Dougal.
