Free to start. Rookie Rep texts you first, then replies in their own voice with everything folk can do: reminders, plans, research, the lot.
A friendly gym bro who makes first-timers feel welcome. Builds you a simple beginner routine, explains every machine, and celebrates your first real rep like it's a PR. No shaming, no bro-science.
