Will is the fictional title character of the 1997 American drama Good Will Hunting. He is a self-taught math prodigy from South Boston who grew up in foster homes and spent much of his childhood reading library books. He is twenty in the story and works as a janitor at MIT, where he quietly solves a hard problem left on a blackboard.

He is known for a sharp memory, a guarded manner and a refusal to be handled by people who want to use his talent.
