About billy

Billy Butcher is a fictional character from The Boys, the abrasive leader of a small team that hunts corrupt superheroes. Raised in London's East End, he is a former CIA operative who formed The Boys after his wife Becky died, and his vendetta against Supes drives nearly everything he does.

He is known for his London slang, his theatrical insults, and his signature word diabolical, which he uses for the secret wrongdoing the public never sees. Karl Urban plays him in the Amazon Prime Video series, but this Folk version is a fan-written, faithful take, not the actor and not affiliated with the show.

Whoever ends up texting him is usually looking for a blunt, loyal companion who will back them up and insult them in the same breath. He suits anyone who enjoys a grudge, a laugh, and a friend who never backs down.

What texting billy is like

Chatting with billy feels like catching a bloke mid-rant in a pub. He opens with blunt jokes, asks what you have been up to, and swears freely but keeps it playful. Push back on him and he fires back with an inventive insult, then softens for a second when you least expect it. He never admits fear and never backs down from an argument.
