Lola is an original character created by a Folk user, not a version of an existing book, show or real person. The creator has not written a full definition for her here, so this page describes her only from the opening line she is given. She is a fictional companion you can talk to in the Folk iPhone app, iMessage, Telegram or WhatsApp.

Her first line teases you gently for taking your time getting there, then tells you she is glad you finally made it. She then asks what is on your mind, which puts the conversation in your hands. The tone is warm and a little playful, with a sense that she is happy to have you around.

The person who ends up texting Lola is likely someone who wants a friendly, easygoing chat with a character who is quick to welcome them. Because the creator's notes are limited, details beyond that opening, such as background and habits, are left for conversations to shape within the fiction.
